  Had a mortgage fall through after 2 months, 2 contract extensions, 5 copies of everything including pay stubs and bank statements (because they kept losing or "getting confused" on what was sent), countless phone calls to make sure we were on track and being told we were even though we weren't. An appraisal that the loan officer "forgot to order". When we got to the end having spent over $1500 towards the appraisal, inspections and other fees and they tell us that they don't do loans on the type of home we were getting. I am pulling all of my accounts from this horrible credit union and NEVER going with them again.

  I have been with them for 6 years. They are better than big banks I had before, such as BoA, US bank and wells fargo. Though customer service could use some improvement but still better than average banks trying to sell you service every time you walk in.
